Kotor Rent a Car - Conditions

Additional expenses:

• hiring a vehicle with a driver
• delivery or takeover of the vehicle is payd from 100km

Payment:

• In advance by cash
• eloctronic payment (visa, master, maestro, american express)
• business organitsations can pay in advance through bank transfer

Note:

• A vehicle can be given to any driver who is at least 20 years old.
• The minimal period of hire is 24 hours
• Prices are in euros and include additional value tax
• the numer of kilometars which may be coverd are unlimited
• the prices includes compulsory insurance against the responsibility for any damage which may be caused to a third person
• the prisce include the dily addition for comprehensive insurance and insurance which covers the risk of the steal
• comprehensive (kasko) insurance does not include insurance for damage caused under the influence of alcohol, drugs and other intoxicating sources, driving with out valid driver`s licence or a confiscated driver`s licence as well as cases in which there are more persons in a vehicle than there are allocated seats.is this case ,the customer has an obligation to compensate the damage to "dakris" regardless of comprehensive (kasko) insurance.
• in the case of a car accident or damage to the vehicle or another vehicle,the customer has an obligation to stay next to the vehicle and wait for an officer from the ministry of interior affairs to file a report for the damage and wait for a "dakris" emplayee to come and pic up the vehicle.if the cuctomer does not adhere to this process and thus brings about any type of loss to "dakris" he/she is obliged to compensante for the loss,along with anny lost profit.
• additional comprehessive insurance (kasko) does not include the damage of pneumatics the part of the vehicle which is located under the number plates and minor scratches on the vehicle for which polishing would be required as well as loss of the keys,vehicle documents,tools and the first aid kit for which the customer would be obliged to fully pay.
• the customer is obliged to pay amount of 2000€ for any lost keys or documents.
• petrol is paid for by the customer except in the case when he/she returns the same amount of petrol that he/she took over.
• in the case that the customer does not return the same amount of petrol the calculation is done on the basis of the amount of kilometars coverd (0,20€ per kilometar), for which "dakris" exercises the right to increase the price,depending on the petrol prices at petrol stations.
• lateness in returning the vehicle is additionall charged per each late hour in the amount of a ¼ of daily hire rate.
• "dakris" exercises the right to change the daily hire prices.

All mutual rights and obligations are precisely regulated by the hiring contract which is signed when undertaking the obligations.
